I compared your SEO Analysis test and the actual page and it seems that you do have issues with regards to your H1 tags as you can see on my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
To fix that, please only retain 1 H1 tag as you only 1 H1 tag for SEO.
As for your Image alt issue, it seems that those affected images are being lazy-loaded on your website and when that happens the images are only loaded upon user interaction which is after the functions from our plugin have had the chance to run and update the ALT tags.
So our Image SEO feature can’t add alt tags automatically.

I can check that your homepage still has multiple H1 tags and the images are missing alt text. The SEO Analysis is showing the correct results, you can also confirm that by using our External SEO Analyzer: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/
Please fix the issues and run the SEO analysis again and it should show the correct results once updated.
