    Rank Math pro

    Hello,

    I purchased Rank Math Pro on the 9th May 2022 for use on our website warpfivefans.com . The plugin is loaded and working on the site. However there has been a recent update for Rank Math pro and I am unable to proceed because I get a message that I do not have a subscription. Furthermore when I log in to our account, no subscription is linked. Rank Math Pro was purchased using c********@w************, Order Reference: RANKMATH220509-1490-95200. Are there two accounts? How is Pro working on the site if it doesn’t think I have a subscription.

    We checked and were able to locate the purchase on the email address you shared. However, the account with which you’ve posted this ticket is a different one and linked to the email address info@wa*****ve.com

    Would you want us to merge the accounts for you?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply. Yes please merge the two accounts. The original account was created using i***@w************ and the Rank Pro subscription was purchased using c********@w************. I think it will probably be best if you use the original email i.e. i***@w************ Thank you for your help.

    Thank you for your patience.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
