No SEO & rich snippets not working on multivendor site

    I have been communicating with Bhanu and he suggested I open a ticket here. Please I am experiencing some issues with the plugin. I was previously using Yoast SEO on the Africa Blooms multivendor marketplace. However, since I installed Rank Math SEO, the vendors store front doesnt show any SEO features nor any rich snippets.

    In addition, when a product is being duplicated or copied, it retains the former url and I cant seem to change it even when I edit the product and updated the product/saved. It doesnt update any new information added such as Page title, keywords, meta description. I didnt encounter any of these issues with Yoast. Please kindly help. Here’s my website: africablooms.com

    Also, Bhanu said I can provide the login details so this issue can be resolved.

    Could you please share some navigation instructions to the affected page? I have just checked the store manager page and the SEO metabox is visible on the backend edit page as shown below:
    null

    I have also gone ahead and duplicated this product https://www.africablooms.com/product/stone-blue-mens-wedding-suits-groom-groomsmen-suit-custom-mens-suits-copy/ but I cannot replicate the permalink issue that you mentioned earlier.
    Please let me know if I am missing something.

    That is one of the issues I have been experiencing. I cant seem to change the permalink at all. I never experience this issue with Yoast. Even on the vendor/sellers dashboard, the Yoast SEO populates. Same features on the admin shows on the sellers page too using Yoast. However with RankMath, I have not been able to edit links. Once the product is updated all the keywords adding earlier drops off and the rank drops to red range e.g.19/100

    Secondly, on the vendor page (not admin page) there is no SEO features or rich snippet as seen on the admin page. Attached is the vendor product page. I cant seem to attach pic. So I added it to the product you duplicated.

    I am able to make changes to the post/product permalinks but I have been able to replicate the saving issues when optimizing the post meta.
    I have raised this problem as well as the metabox problem with our dev team for closer investigation and we will be getting back to you shortly.

    The issue is as a result of the outdated version of WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Ultimate which requires a license to update.
    The saving problem does not replicate when this plugin is disabled.

    I have however logged the frontend metabox problem with our developers and hopefully this will be addressed soon.
