What to Do When Rank Math Analytics Shows Zero Search Traffic » Rank MathHello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
After that, please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it with all the required permissions, and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
As I mentioned at the beginning, I selected the correct account. See screenshots
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
From your screenshot, it seems that there’s no data appearing in the drop-downs.
For the Search Console dropdown, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-consoleThe URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Once done, please follow these steps:
1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Re-create database Table
button.
3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click theReconnect
link
Allow all the permissions on the next screen.
4. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes.
5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index for Analytics
button.
6. Please check if the data shows up here and if the Overview widget is already working:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-analytics#/
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
