Hello,

After giving rankmath permission to access my google account and validating the permissions, in the “search console” there are no results for my site: caitlynurciolo.com
Can you help me please ?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Also, if possible, please add the following email addresses to Google Search Console:

Hello,

You didn’t include the credentials requested previously and we can only see error messages which are expected to see when the Search Console settings are not currently selected, which is the underlying issue here.

Please make sure to include those credentials and follow the steps we shared previously to add the users to GSC so the issue can be debugged fully.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your website login with us. We have reviewed your website and we can see that your Google Analytics and Search Console properties were both connected to Rank Math correctly.

If you’re referring to Rank Math > Analytics not showing any data, it might be because your site does not have enough data to show yet – this is usually the case for new sites. Also, your website does not look to have any Google Analytics tag installed, so we have installed the tag for you using the option in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Install analytics code

If you have enough data on your Google Search Console but are not seeing those data on the Rank Math Analytics dashboard, please let us know so we can investigate the issue further.
