Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your site showing no results. It sounds like there may be a few steps we can take to troubleshoot this problem.
-
Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab from the left sidebar. If your website is not listed, you will need to reconnect it.

-
Refresh Tokens: If your website is connected but still shows zero results, the authorization tokens from Google may have expired. To refresh them, you can delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnect it. Here’s how:
- Open the Google Account permissions from here.
- Remove access to Rank Math SEO.

-
Wait for Data to Populate: After reconnecting, it may take some time for data to populate in Rank Math Analytics. Please allow some time for the data to refresh.
If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hi
There are no results for my site after giving rankmath permission to access my google account.I have tried to wait for hours but still no change. Please help
Hello,
Please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Regarding the Analytics drop-down, could you please confirm if you have already created a GA4 property for your website?
If not yet, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property, then reconnect your Google Account so the new Analytics account will reflect in that section.
Hope that helps.
