No redirection in the redirection’s list after creating a redirection

    Hello,

    I am using the last rankmath version. When I create a redirection using rankmath’s redirections tool, everything seems to be normal. But when I click on “Add a redirection”, it redirects me to the list, but nothing happens. I checked the DB, it seems to be ok, nothing there also…

    Can you help me?

    Please verify if the redirection tables are created by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math:

    If they are missing, please click this button in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools to recreate the tables:

    Hello, yes they exist and I deleted them to recreate them with the button present in he rankmath options. They exist, they are 0kb

    Okay it seems the problem was an URL problem.
    Please check the loom and transfer it to your design/dev team.

    On the loom you can see i put traqpad.fr and the other one is http://www.traqpad.fr

    It was impossible for me to notice it. For most of the people it is the same, I just copied the previous link and copied the new one. No error message from Rankmath, nothing to help…
    It seems to work now.

    Maybe your team should work on an error message system here.

    It seems like you’ve marked this ticket as resolved.

    When you mark the ticket as resolved, all the data from the sensitive data section gets automatically removed.

    However, please note that Rank Math doesn’t support server/domain-level redirection. In order to redirect from the non-www to the www version of your website, you can follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-non-www-urls-to-www/

    Also, when you try domain-level redirection, you should able to see an error like the following one:

    Please make sure that you don’t add the domain name to the source URL.

    All the redirections in our plugin are relative so it will take the domain automatically from the settings of the website and an incorrect domain variation there could cause the redirection to not get added.
