To set a specific post or page as no-index you need to have available the Advanced section in the Rank Math panel. To enable it, you need to set Rank Math in the Advanced mode.

Posts and pages set as no-index should be excluded from the sitemap but if you want to exclude a post/page from the sitemap without setting them as no-index, you can do as I show you in this other screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/41PecY
