I’ve checked the image you have provided, and it seems that you’re testing your sitemap.xml URL. Your sitemaps also look fine. The noindex tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldn’t change that. It is added so that the sitemap itself doesn’t get included in the Google search index.
