    Hi Rank Math, Greetings!

    I want to ask about Twiiter Card, when i’m validate my article through twitter validator card tool there is not showing my thumbnail article. There say no metatag found, but when i’m check from page source metatag exist.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can confirm that the required meta tags for the Twitter card are already applied to your website, however, Twitter can’t seem to locate it.

    It may be that Twitter is reading an old version of your website. Can you please try clearing your website cache or any other server-related caching services and check again?

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    As for your issue, I’ve checked your site URL and tested if Twitterbot is being blocked by your site somehow.

    Unfortunately, yes. Your server is blocking Twitterbot somehow. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

    As your robots.txt is perfectly fine, please check your .htaccess file if there are any rules written to block Twitterbot. You can also take help of your hosting provider to do that for you.

    Thanks for the reply, but my hosting provider says if the server is blocking the twitter bot it means the twitterbot’s IP is blocked. So, they ask the IP for them to help whitelist
