  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please try flushing the SEO Analysis data under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and re-run the SEO Analysis again. See if that specific error goes away.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I tried that as you said but The problem is still persisting.
I have updated the credentials in sensitive data.
Can you check again what’s actually the problem? and solve it

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

I’ve checked your homepage, and it seems that you haven’t used the common keywords found on your site to your homepage. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section.

The SEO analysis tool is a bit different from the on-page analysis. It analyzes and creates a list of common keywords on your page and uses these to perform the test on your page, usually your homepage.

In this case, you will need to add some of the words in your title to your content or some of the common keywords to your title to pass this test.

However, please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page, please feel free to ignore them.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Okay, Thank You Very much!

    Hello,

We are super happy that this resolved your issue. If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.

If you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/reviews/#new-post about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.

If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
