Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with the "No Information is Available for This Page" error on your websites managed with Rank Math SEO. I appreciate the steps you have already taken to debug the problem by checking the robots.txt file and ensuring there are no NoIndex tags in the meta tags.
In this case, since you have already verified that the robots.txt is not blocking crawling and there are no NoIndex tags present, there might be another reason causing this issue. One possible reason could be related to how Google is processing and displaying the meta description for your website.
To further investigate and resolve this issue, I recommend reviewing the status of the URL using the HTTP Status Tester as mentioned in our knowledgebase article. You can access the HTTP Status Tester tool here and follow the steps outlined to check if Google is blocked from crawling the page or if there are any other issues affecting the display of the meta description.
If you continue to experience difficulties after performing these checks, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are here to help you resolve this issue promptly.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that this issue might have caused.
We checked the referenced page and the max-snippet is set to 150.
The Max Snippet option can be found on our Rank Math SEO controls inside the page under the advanced tab, and you should set it to -1, which means no limit/unlimited.

Here’s a link for more information:

You may need to give some time for search engines to recrawl your site to reflect the changes on the search results pages.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Ike, Thank you for taking my ticket. I do not believe that this is the solution to the problem. Here is a loom video I made to demonstrate the bug I am encountering. https://www.loom.com/share/f1f7c3e7f667432299561d8818a86b4a?sid=bf0fc6be-00e5-4e2f-a173-0104f0859cd2
in the video, I search with quotes to kind of force Google to serve me with my right URL, then in the second search, I do a typical search that most clients would use to search up the website. You can see that the first search that worked, had only “https://shorehomecareservices” and the other, NON-Working one had “https://www.shorehomeservices.com”. I don’t even know where the “www” came in from because the original URL is only https://www.shorehomeservices.com
something messed up with the links when I typed into the chatbox, in the URL there isn’t any “”” at the end, just wanted to clarify
Hello,
Checking your website we can confirm that the final variation of your homepage doesn’t have the www and all 4 variations are redirecting to that final variation:

In this case, Google must haven’t determined the correct variation yet. Please make sure that the correct URL is configured in Google Search Console like so:

If the property is correct, then submit the https://www.shorehomeservices.com URL to your Google Search Console’s URL Inspection tool and share a full screenshot of the report.
This will help us determine how Google has discovered this path instead of the non www version.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hey, for some reason I cant send images here but in my google search console URL inspection tool, the link is https://shorehomecareservices.com. Also I’d like to note that in my previous chat, the URL is shorehomecareservices, not shorehomeservices, I rushed typing it and forgot to add the care part.
Hello,
You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
