No Indexing issue

In line 102 of the page source code you have a no-index tag added by the theme or another plugin, since you also have another index tag set by Rank Math later. You should remove that one and your issue will be solved.

It seems to be something to do with the cartflows plugin. You can confirm this by disabling your plugins one by one, including Rank math and you will note the noindex meta is still added to your page. I was not able to find how to unset this, please get in touch with the plugin support team to assist you with this.
