Can you please check the Settings at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts.
Please select custom and then deselect any option you do not want to have checked. Please follow this for all types of posts and pages including taxonomies. That should sort the issue.
If you could share your website URL, we would love to check which type of pages/posts are getting a noindex response.

Sorry about that, it was my fault. My theme (child theme) was impacting on Rank Math Seo, it was not a plugin error.
