Your URL is set to index from my end. You can confirm the seem by checking the page source or using an external tool such as: https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/
You should also check other affected URLs if they have the robots meta set to index and if they are, click on the validate option on your GSC. This should start validation and update the set meta data on your console. Let us know how this goes
