Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
You can go to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math plugin Dashboard > Titles & Meta and there look for a section with the name of your custom type (in my screencast, it is called custom).
Once you are there, you look for an option called “Custom Robots Meta” and there you can set them as no-index; just as I show you in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/J4RcYA
