We have logged into your site and tested the issue.

The issue seems to be with your site’s cache. The cached version of meta is showing on the pages.

We tried changing that but still can’t see any update on the meta of those page in the source.

Can you please clear your site’s cache and server cache and check if that fixes the issue for you?

The pages cart,myaccount and checkout are usually set to noindex automatically since these pages are dynamic and unique to each user and therefore don’t need to be indexed. If you wish to customize this yourself, you may have to disable WooCommerce integration to Rank math(which I wouldn’t recommend) by disabling the WooCommerce module in Rank math dashboard
