    On my website, I have an image that I don´t want to index in Google.
    How can I achieve that?

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Media > the image > Check Exclude this image from sitemap
    sitemap

    The option to exclude the image from sitemap is the same as setting the image to noindex. This is because the sitemap is what tells search engines the pages/posts/attachments that you would like to be indexed.
