  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused by that.

Let’s run through some troubleshooting steps:

    1. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the Free plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
In case you are running an older version, please update.

    2. After checking that let’s head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and make sure that all the appropriate options are selected. Including the “Install Analytics Code” if you are not adding that via another plugin.
    Analytics settings

    3. If everything is correct on that page let’s try to import some fresh data from Google. To do that, please follow this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

Let us know if after following these troubleshoot steps you still have the analytics issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I do it but nothing change.

    I have no:

    • kewyrods data anymore
    • daily visits
    • everything has no data

Can i give you access to check it?

    Hello,

Could you please share the screenshot of 30 days of organic traffic of the website from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts, so that we can get a deeper insight into the issue?

You may use a tool like imgur.com to easily share the screenshots link.

We might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
