Dear RankMath Team, I am running the website https://www.pressure-magazine.de and installed your plugin early this month. All connections with Google Search console are done and active. Also i tried many times to push the data manually with no result. What can I do to insert my data into WordPress?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending, and check if there is a pending Scheduled Action:
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

If yes, run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.

Let us know if the issue persists.

We are here to help you.

Oh wow, there are a lot of entries in the list. Can I delete all previous? RIght now something happens and it will take 16 minutes.

    Hello,

The entries there can be from multiple plugins and even Rank Math for performing various operations.

You can leave them as it is to ensure smooth operations of all the plugins that have created those scheduled actions.

However, if there are entries that have missed their schedules, please check if cron jobs are working properly on your website or not. You can follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-2-check-the-cron-job

In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

Your last message was super helpful to come one step closer. I found HTTP-Ansercode: 403 with the installed plugin. But i could not solve it without knowing what code i could insert at the .htaccess file. do you have an idea how to allow all cronjobs driven by my plugins?

    Hello,

You can check this link for allowing the cron through your .htaccess file.

Please take a backup of your .htaccess file before editing.

However, we recommend getting in touch with your web host as they are in a better position to assist you in this case.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
