No data appears under Search Console

  • None of my search console data is showing up in my RankMath plugin. I have deactivated and reactivated it, but still no data is coming across.

    Any advice on why this is happening?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Assuming you already connect your GSC profile and choose the website from the dropdown – please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console and hit the update cache manually button once.

    That should do the trick and you will see the data being pulled either immediately or after a few hours.

    Could you please ensure that the email address that you signed up with on your Rank Math account is listed as a property owner on the domain that you are activating on?

    If this does not work then the DNS method should be able to work.

    Please let me know if you have already checked and tried this so that we can investigate further.

    Thanks Michael. I just changed my email address on RankMath to my personal email, which is the owner of domain.

    I also manually updated the cache.. still nothing.

    Hi Sarah,

    You have not included your website URL.

    Please make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www).

    Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.

    If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works.

    It appears that you have verified the www version of your website but when we access your website – it is non-www

    https://i.rankmath.com/0onlrv

    Please verify the non-www version of your website on Google Search Console and then choose that one from the drop-down.

    Then, hit the update cache button at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console.

    I’m really having problems with this.

    On GSC it shows that it is dukesavenue.com – yet this is not an option in the drop down on RankMath settings.
