  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are not receiving any data from Google Analytics in your email reports or in the Rank Math plugin.

If you are facing issues with receiving data from Google Analytics, it could be due to various reasons such as incorrect setup, missing tracking code, or discrepancies in data collection between different platforms.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Google Analytics Tracking Code: Ensure that you have added the Google Analytics tracking code to your website correctly. You can verify this by looking for the measurement ID (G-XXXXXX) in the page source code.

Check for measurement ID in page source code

    2. Enable Install Analytics Code: If you are not using any external plugin or theme to add the tracking code, you can enable the “Install Analytics code” option in Rank Math’s Analytics settings.

      Install Analytics code

    3. Verify Tracking Code: After enabling the Analytics code installation, clear your site’s cache and use Google’s Tag Assistant to verify if the correct Analytics code has been added to the frontend.

If you have followed these steps and are still facing issues with receiving data from Google Analytics, please feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance. They are available 24×7 and will help you in the best possible way.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

If you need further assistance, please assign this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons.

How to Setup Rank Math SEO Plugin Properly

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please note that in the free version of the plugin, Rank Math only fetched the data from your Google Search Console, not from your Google Analytics. However, if you’re not able to see the data from Google Search Console, please try to follow the steps from this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Rakibuzzaman!

I’ve done everything except removing access from Google. I’m afraid that will mess up things on our other websites. I’ve done the other things.

Now I can see stats under Rankmath / General settings / Analytics. I’ve done the Update Data manually but it never seems to finish.

We have the paid version of RankMath PRO. Hopefully i will get some data in the email report.

We are a small small web company and we are planning to have SEO as a service for our web clients, but we need to understand the plugin and get the data to work right first.

    Have a nice day!

    Hello,

You might need to wait a little while for the data fetch to be completed. This may take some time if the data being fetched is large.

You can follow this guide to understand how the Analytics module works: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics/

Hope this helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
