    I still had 80 AI credits on my Website but it states that I have none. So, I purchased 50 and they do not show up nor can I use them. I switched to RankMath from Yoast because you guys were supposed to be better. What I have seen, so far, is that your system is costing me money, is not helping my rankings and not working properly.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    For initial troubleshooting, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account

    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
