Seems like you already have installed Rank Math. You might just have to activate it from WordPress Dashboard > Plugins.
All the data is stored in the database so it is all going to be there.

Yeah “its seems” but it wasnt. I wasnt able to install (no plugin in plugins tab), and because there was no plugin, I wasnt able to activate or deactivate this plugin.
This troubles was attack on my site. So get backup copy with lastest changes in SEO and finally I was able to install plugin. After that I reinstall whole site.
