    I have just purchased a subscription but it is not allowing me to use the AI features. The sub is showing in the account.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with accessing the AI features despite purchasing a subscription. To access the AI features, including Content AI 2.0, you need to upgrade to a Rank Math PRO plan or subscribe to a Content AI plan. It is not available in the free version.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If you confirm that you desire a refund we will proceed with it. However, we will love an opportunity to rectify this issue.

    Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.

    If you can see the correct number of credits there like in the image above but not on your site, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this

    Kindly follow these steps:
    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

    Hello,

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
