new to this, having multiple issues

    hi there,

    I’m new to Rank Math, I had Yoast before. I am having some serious issues with RM already. I hope you can help me understand what to do or fix it even.

    1. I am currently working on a post and WordPress refuses to save the keyword. I’ve tried a bunch of times, it wont do it. I was having similar issues with other posts, but not all.

    2. I keep having to reconnect my google account to WordPress for Rank Math. I’ve had to do it at least 10 times since starting a day or two ago.

    3. I had over 600 posts before switching to rank math, your overall picture report isn’t indexing or recognizing over 500 of them. I even attempted to open up and edit and update individual ones and most of those still didn’t show up in the report. I would like some feedback on whether or not this is unsolvable or what. It seems like everything else was automated pretty much, so this should be too.

    1. Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.

    If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

    2. Can you please update to the latest beta version and connect with your account?

    3. For Rank Math to analyze the posts and calculate the score, you need to open the post, make optimizations based on our recommendations, and update the posts.

    The tests only run when the page content is loaded because it requires JavaScript and needs access to the actual content.

    Unfortunately, this process cannot be automated.

    If the data is not updated in the Analytics section, please rebuild the Analytics index by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index:
    rebuild

    1. I dont appear to have a firewall set
    2. that says specifically NOT to put on live sites which is what I have so I don’t think I want to do that. I see I can switch to a previous version or toggle off the updates so I may try that tho.
