Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Please contact your server team and ask them if the server cache is enabled. The Sitemap appears on your site even after deactivating the Sitemap module.
I was able to flush the cache by deactivating the plugin and reactivating it again. The Sitemap is now showing all the posts and pages.
I hope that helps.
Yes, there is sever caching enabled on managed hosting, so what steps should I follow. As now when I am checking the sitemaps it does not include my latest posts and in google search console I am getting the status “Indexed, not submitted in sitemap” for my posts
I have updated the plugin today but the problem is still there. So do I need to flush the cache every time before updating the sitemap, or is there any other way to solve that?
Hello,
In your server cache you should make sure to never cache the following URLs:
yourwebsite.com/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml and yourwebsite.com/(.*)sitemap.xsl
Could you check it and let us know?
Looking forward to help you.
