    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Visit the Rank Math Account area by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or use this URL: Rank Math Account Area
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits in your account as shown in the screenshot below:

    4. If the credit count is correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the screenshots for reference:

    5. After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits by going to Content AI and clicking on the refresh credits button as shown here:

    I’ve done this 2-3 times already; to no effect.
    Its at this point that I see the ‘not valid json’ notice.

    I again deleted plugin – loaded fresh from repository – linked account again, same error ‘ not valid json file’ and no update of credits.
    When i click the refresh sigil thats when I see and get the ‘not valid json file’.
    I disabled caching and tried again, stil same error.

    I’ve done this about 7 times now.
    Disconnected account at wordPress – checked account, no site showing; reconnected account thru WordPress; now Site showing in account with unused credits; when refreshing at WordPress, same error again and no credits to use on site.

    error message = The response is not a valid json response.

    so any suggestions? any idea’s?? Why are there no credits on the account showing, when account says there’s credits to use?
    So I go to my site today to find Rankmath has been deleted.

    I goto my site today to ifnd it restored to a 2 day old version without the past 2 days workl

    I solved the site update issue, was not rankmath.

    However – I’m now in the predicament that I cannot add SEWO factors at all to products due to rankmath content ai section blocking all ability to add to the product pages.

    This page shows both the invalid json error for no AI credits and how content ai is now blocking all parts of Rankmath on pWoocommerce product sections.

    So I need a solution to this, today, or I have no choice but to change to a different SEO plugin.
    I cannot place new products without on-page SEO, and if I cannot do that with Rankmath then I cannot use rankmath.
    Simple as that.
