Need to install extra plugin for rich snippets and indexing?

Everything is included in the Rank Math SEO plugin except the indexing API. You need to install that one separately but everything else is included and can be enabled/disabled from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.

1). Some of the settings such as the titles and descriptions will be applied automatically but you will need to fill the rest of the fields when editing the post since these will be unique to each job post.

2). It takes some time for Google to award the post with the rich snippet, you can however test if this has been added to the cache by adding a prefix of site: to the URL when typing on the browser like so site:https://domain.com/jobpost1

3). Can you reproduce this when using the console option on the instant indexing plugin page?

4). The Rank Math search console module does not update the data in real time, it makes use of a schedule and cron events must be enabled for this schedule to be met. Please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Search console and click on update manually and let us know how this goes.

5). We are unable to control this. This is under the discretion of the search engine.

Did you run that test on any URL?

3. Don’t worry, the request is still sent.

4. Sometimes, the Google API doesn’t send us all the data but the 0 indexed is obviously an error as you can that your URLs are indexed from that sitemap.

You have a custom field assigned to your homepage that is adding extra Organization schema to the homepage that is causing the errors as shown below:

The same problem is happening because on the JobPosting pages where there is duplicate schema on the pages. Please disable the custom schema to allow for Ramk Mat to take up this feature.

I can suggest that you disable this option and let us know how this goes.
