We tried importing but the website is throwing an error.
To determine that, can you please:
1. Tell us what have you done so far for the importing? Did you try running the FAQ block importer previously as well and did it show any success message the first time? If not, have you been seeing the error message right from the beginning?
2. Please add your FTP login details in the sensitive area so we can enable the debugging and check the issue further.

after first instal this option: (convert faq and the option under that) does not work and shows error (i do exactly like your guide pages) but so the titles and description problem was important, i dont mention that error
after working well , i noticed the convert faq has error again

While trying to fix it we noticed that REST API is disabled on your server. Can you please ask your hosting to enable that?
Once done, please run the importer again from the Database tools and let us know:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-status&view=tools

unfortunately we couldnot fix rest api, so the only way to solve this problem is i have to renew old faqs to new in rankmath and type them from first, there are 14 page, but i have to….
