One of your installed plugins/theme is preventing the update process. Unfortunately installing the Healthcheck and Troubleshooting plugin does not seem to work on your site to aid in isolating the culprit.

1-some plugins that related to page design needed cause the ux and ui of pages and posts have created by them and cant disable them 🙁

Hello,
We have just released a new update for Rank Math. Could you please update it on your site and then try importing the settings from Yoast one more time? You can do that from Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export.
After the import is complete, you should see the correct titles and descriptions for your posts, as set in Yoast.

*-i have to say in my pages that have yoast faq + Gutenberg block (in visual composer) i have this alarm: your site dose not support yoast block so you could let it be or convert it to custom html block (i know now i dont have yoast after rankmath and cause my website is in farsi language so i have to translate some error to english. like this i sent)
another tips maybe usefull for solve this problem:
in your site: Converting Yoast Blocks to Rank Math Blocks Individually
Hover over the first button from the list. Click the button to see the options to change the Block to another block. Click the FAQ By Rank Math block when you see it. And instantly, the Block will be converted to Rank Math’s FAQ Block.
in that section i have group and classic paragraph (there is no faq by rankmath otion)
