Please disable Instant Indexing and clear the website and browser’s cache. Then, enable Instant Indexing again and manually submit the URL for indexing (from Rank Math > Instant Indexing) and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, please temporarily disable the firewall on your website (if any) and test the URLs again.

ich habe alle Ihre Vorschläge ausgeführt und zusätzlich den Cache auf dem Server geleert.
Es gab keine Besserung. Das Problem besteht nach wie vor und war vordem Update nicht vorhanden.

Then, clear your website cache and try submitting the URL again.
