Rank Math shows that notification whenever it detects a new post type on your website. You can check the post type settings in the Titles & Meta settings, you can click on the x button and clear the notification.

For the other issue, Google uses a programmatic approach and ranks the posts/web stories automatically on Google Discover, there is no configuration or settings to rank on Google discover.
