    Hi, How can I reinstall or update my free version to pro. My website crashed and now rankmath shows as free version when I actually have pro version.

    Your account status is set as a Free user. Can you please share the email address that you used while purchasing the PRO subscription?

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect the free account, and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account.
