We checked your website, and there’s no issue with the robots meta, robots.txt, and the sitemap so there shouldn’t be any issue indexing it on Google. Given that your website is showing on other search engines, there’s also no reason for Google to deindex it unless your website doesn’t honor Google’s SEO guidelines or simply your website is new.
If there are no errors shown in the coverage section of your Google Search Console, please try submitting any pages or posts of your website in the URL Inspection tool and request to index that URL.
