The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

I checked your sitemap, it is working perfectly on https://xiaomihubs.com/sitemap_index.xml and it is up-to-date. Also I’ve tested your sitemap with XML Validator but didn’t find any issue there.
As mentioned earlier, most likely GSC is showing 0 discovered URL for your sitemap because the URL was found earlier by other means and it is completely fine. Since, the sitemap is only a ‘backup’ crawling/discovery mechanism to tell Google to crawl URLs, it’s not necessary for Google to find your site URLs only using sitemap. Google should be able to discover those URLs by any other ways too and that is the reason why you are seeing N/A for sitemap in GSC.
But, if your posts are indexing then you can share those affected URLs with us so we can check this further for you. Also, you can check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your site:

I can see that the https variation of your sitemap is working perfectly and the http variation is successfully redirecting to https.
However, it seems like your sitemap is up to date but if are still facing issue then you can try to follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Also, can you please try to share some affected URLs with us which are not indexing on Google? So that we can check them further for you.
