It would also help if you could check whether this problem can be reproduced when all other plugins are disabled and running one of the stock WP themes in case there is some rogue code on your theme that is adding this tag.

It is likely that the noindex tag is enabled either on the global settings or on your homepage. Please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and check if the noindex is set there.
If this is not the case, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage and check if this is the culprit.
I would be happy to check this further for you if neither of the above are the cause of the problem if you can share some temporary admin access to your site via the sensitive data section.
