    Hello Everyone,
I like to see a result with the free version then switch to the pro version.
But my web pages are not being indexed by Google!
Can you please advise what I should do?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

To ensure that your website is set to index using Rank Math, please follow the steps in this link:

You can also check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your pages:
    https://support.artlogic.net/hc/en-gb/articles/360016851260-Google-Search-Console-errors-and-coverage-issues

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Reinelle,
Can you please check my website?
I can give you access to my website.

    Hello,

Please share some affected URLs with us so we can check the issue further for you. Also, you can check your Google Search Console coverage section as my colleague mentioned above.

If you find some error there, please share the error message or take a screenshot using this tool and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    [moved to sensitive data section]

please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello,

Please also share the WordPress login URL and the username in the sensitive data section so we can check your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site but didn’t see anything technically wrong with it that would grant any impossibility to have them indexed. Also, your sitemap and robots.txt is working fine.

Having said that, please note that Google might decide to not index a URL based on the quality of content present on those pages. You can check this URL for more details on this: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/website-quality/432065/

Our recommendation is that you do a complete SEO audit and content audit on the website to find areas of improvement.

If you are still having issues, please share the coverage issue report from GSC as instructed by my colleague in above.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

How can I see the indexed page via your plugin?

    Hello,

Most of the features from the IndexStatus are only available in the PRO version and that includes the status of the presence of URLs on Google.

You can see the comparison table for the feature here: https://rankmath.com/kb/url-inspection-api-integration/

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
