Same problem. It doesn’t autoupdate.
If I disable the sitemap option on Rank Math an enable it again, yes, it updates. If I go to the sitemap settings, and save changes, it works too. But we shouldn’t have to do this process every time, it has no sense.
I tried other options I read here in the forum, but none of them have worked.
I wish Rank Math can give us a definitive solution.

The process you described above clears the cache. Which means, your cached sitemap is being served on your website.
You must add all the sitemap file locations to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin so that the sitemaps are never cached. These are the files you must add to the exclusion list:
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
product-sitemap.xml
This is required since Sitemaps are already cached internally by Rank Math and we flush them every time you post something new and with our cache.

It could be the browser cache. You can do a hard refresh to check.
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5

Hello, i am using Autoptimize, WP rocket and CND cloudflare free version.
Where should i exlude these urls? In WP rocket i excluded it, but in the others i cannot found where to do it.

So Autoptimize support told me, that their plugin never caching page as sitemaps.
Already contacted clouflare support so i hope this issue will be solved.
But if you can any advice how to solved it, please help. 🙂

Hola me pasa lo mismo mi mapa del sitio no se actualiza, el plugin me creo el mapa del sitio cuando lo instale y no lo actualiza desde entonces, ninguna de las url que el mapa contiene estan funcionando
