  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I do see a follow in your meta tag and notice you are behind Cloudflare.

    1. To flush your permalinks, head over to your WordPress admin area, go to Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button once, even if you didn’t make any changes to the page.

    2. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and hit the “Save Changes” button once.

    3. Exclude your sitemap from being cached. You can follow the steps in the link below:

I hope this resolves your issue.

Sometimes it takes a few days for Google to fetch the contents of your sitemap since it is on a queue. I would suggest that you give this a few days and check whether the result will have changed.

I hope that helps and resolves your issue.

    ok, sir.

i will wait for few days.

i think the problem is olve half for me.

i am getting one recent post in my post site map:

but this article is not yet updated in sitemap after doing all the mentioned steps:

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

Upon checking the post, it was indeed indexed and it should be shown in the sitemap.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Upon checking, I noticed you are behind Cloudflare, can I confirm that your sitemap has been excluded?

Once you have done so flush your sitemap and let us know so we can check further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

how to exclude sitemap from Cloudflare, sir?
    and how to flush sitemap?
    pls explain.

Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

i have done this step many times till now sir.
but my first post url is not appearing in my sitemap.

    Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked the post, and it seems that you have set up a custom canonical URL that’s why it’s not showing in your sitemap. Please note that a page/post with a custom canonical URL will not show in your sitemap list. Same as not being indexed and cached.

You can now see the post included in your sitemap as I’ve set the canonical URL to default.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

    yes, the problem is resolved.

If you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.

If you have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
