    Hi, My sitemap is showing a blank/ white page. I tried all the troubleshooting options on the forum. Could you help me fix this issue?

    I checked your sitemap page and it seems to be working on our end as you can see in this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/OwRi6m

    A common cause of having a blank sitemap page is from another plugin that modifies your sitemap as well.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after trying this step.

    I already followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned previously, it did not work. All plug-ins were disabled and it still showed a blank page. (Rank Math plug-in was on & other plug-ins disabled)

    It is working fine for us as you can see from the screenshot.

    Even this 3rd party testing tool is showing that the sitemap works correctly:

    Did you try opening it up in an incognito window?

    Yes, I tried opening it from incognito, as well as on my mobile. Also tried opening it from a different phone and internet service provider in a different region. Also tried opening it from a different browser. Still shows the same blank/ white page.

    I checked your site and you have installed SG Optimizer installed on your site. It’s been recently noted that enabling the option to minify html in SG Optimizer seems to affect Rank math sitemap.

    With this in mind I excluded the sitemap URLs from the html minification option on your site and also from being cached.

    Your sitemap currently seems to be loading fine from my end, check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section

    But I want to find a solution to make it work on my end.

    I tried loading the sitemap on two different regions as I mentioned in my previous reply. In both regions, the sitemap shows a blank/white page on desktop and mobile.

    I cleared my browser cache as well, its still isn’t working after that.

    Any other solutions?

    Try the following:

    > Head to your WordPress dashboard and make sure your theme and plugins are up to date.

    > Switch to a default theme and check if the sitemap loads fine. If it doesn’t, go to the next step.

    > Disable your plugins one by one while checking if your sitemap loads fine to see if it is an issue with one of your plugins.

    > Check your sitemap in an a private/incognito tab to avoid browser caching.

    As long as your sitemap is being cached, this issue is likely to persists. And in your case, you still have your sitemap being cached, here is a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/WVAVHC

    The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    Once done, you should flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
