This is likely a caching issue, the URLs should be automatically updated. Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
P.S It is always recommended to exclude your sitemap URLs from caching on your site.
If the issue persists, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
I’did that steps and still it is not update. It is 3 days.

Under your guidelines I make all posts exclude from cache. but the post has still no included in sitemap.
