Just checked and the sitemap seems like is updating but I can’t change the no index option on my new category pages.

Please make sure you’ve checked the index option under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories > Category Archives Robots.
For the sitemap issue, I can see your sitemap is loading and validating properly.

Adding to my colleague’s response, please confirm if you’ve added any products to those categories yet? If not, please check if you’ve enabled the Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives option from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > General.
If yes, that is the reason why the noindex tag is added to the archive. In this case, adding a product to the category would fix the issue.

The problem was that I had no products on this new category.
I added one just for testing and the no index issue was fixed right away.

PS: the index option under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories > Category Archives Robots is not present on my menu by the way. Maybe because I have the free version?

The options are also available in the Free version.
Please ensure that you’ve enabled,
1. The Advanced Mode of Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/
2. The “Category Archives Robots Meta” option from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories.
This should show the entire robots meta options for product categories.
