I’m assuming that this is the website you’re referring to based on your last ticket, and its sitemap is returning an error 404.
If so, please follow these steps to flush and exclude your sitemap file from being cached:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
