My site tagline isn’t showing up

    I’ve gone to WP dashboard > Settings > General > Tagline and my tagline is there. However, the tagline doesn’t show up in search results for my site?

    Is there a setting elsewhere in RankMath that’s overriding my WP settings? Thanks, jeanne

    Please note that the Tagline in WordPress does not always show on the search results pages. Search engines only opt for concise, relevant keywords.

    You may want to optimize your homepage or page titles to show the tagline on the search results page:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/ideal-meta-title-length/#meta-title-tag

    If you wanted the tagline to be added to your title, then you may need to set it on the title tag of your homepage or other pages:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/homepage-meta-title-and-description/#edit-your-titles-meta-settings
