    I paid for the subscription service and my blog still doesn’t seem to have credits. I am not sure how to get what I paid for onto my blog. http://www.teach512.com

    I have about 30 new post I want to edit with your plug in and would like to do this fairly quickly.

    I paid for the subscription on your website, but can’t seem to tell the lug in on teach512 I did.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Then, try reactivating your Rank Math plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Lastly, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
