  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please elevate the temporary access to an administrator so that we can be able to help further?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

i have just updated it, pls reply me quickly please

pls, i am constantly updating this site to see reply.. its urgent

    Hi Ola,

    Thanks for the access.

The search console data update requires cron events to be enabled on the site which is not the case on your site. The WP Crontrol plugin is reporting the following errorL
DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

You will need to login to the root of your website via FTP and modify the following constant on your wp-config.php file:
define('DISABLE_WP_CRON',true); //set this constant to false

If on the other hand your host is blocking cron jobs, you will need to get in touch with them so that they can advise on how to run this cron event:
    rank_math/search_console/get_analytics

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

i have wpconfig editor plugin, should i change the true to false alone.. but also, i disabled the cron because i am having error messages for cron jobs

i used the wpcf editor plugin to set the true command to false.. but earlier i got a complaint that my wpscheduler for newsletter is malfunctioning, that was why i disabled it in the first place

    Hi Ola,

Thanks for the heads up about this plugin.

Yes this should be sufficient to enable the functionality but there is a server error that is blocking the events.
I have just tried to manually initiate the cron event but it reports the following error:

There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:
    Unexpected HTTP response code: 500

This is related to your server and your host is in a better position to help in diagnosing this and the other cron errors that are getting reported.

Pleas reach out to their help team for a fix.

    Thank you.

thanks for your help, pls dont close this thread, i will reach out when its done.

pls, i am not able to delete your info again.. am scared of hackers

    Hi Ola,

No worries, I will keep the thread open.
I have also deleted the temporary access link from the sensitive data section.

    Thank you.

Bluehost sent this message to me

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Technical Support, we apologize for any delay in our response.

Looking into the issue, unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot the actions of a third-party plugin. However, we found this information through Rank Math support that we feel will be very helpful to you: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/search-console/. The information found in this link appears to have a resolution for the issue straight from Rank Math. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to respond to this message and we would be happy to assist you further.

Your feedback is always appreciated. If you have a moment, the following 3 question survey will let my supervisor know how I did today.

    Best regards,
    Will M.

    What should I do pls

Pls, it’s me ola ade, I logged in through a different way.. that’s all

I reached out to Bluehost, and that’s their reply.

    What should I do

    Hi Ola,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please let the guys from Bluehost know that none of the cron events are running as expected on your site and this is something that they should look into since the issue is not isolated to Rank Math.

    Thank you.

At the moment, the issue is not resolved, I think I should seek your help pls.. you see, I have disabled wpcron through wpconfig, I have tried to initiate a command through Bluehost but it’s not working, can you help me with some technicalities, I am really getting frustrated
