    Could you please confirm if you are referring to your Rank Math account with a PRO subscription? If so, then it seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address as I noticed in your profile, you are still using the Free plan.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?

    Once we located your account with the PRO account in it, we can proceed with re-activating the plugin and the updating issue should be resolved.
