My Rank Math Analytics are not loading in the WP dashboard, why is that

    Hi there. If I go to the Rank math dashboard and I click on analytics, the analytics does not load. It just stays a blank page. Do you perhaps know how I can fix it so that I can see my analytics in the WP dashboard?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Firstly, please ensure that both the Free and PRO Rank Math plugin is in their latest version.

    Then, try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. This should allow you to retrieve fresh data from your GSC and GA. Please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button rebuid
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the current analytics page from your end so we can further determine what’s causing the issue.
