Can you please check if my credit card was in fact charged? I can’t tell from my end now. The email that would have been used is either billing@beachtherapy,com, j*****@b***************, j*****@c********* or c******@c*********
In terms of the credit card it would definitely be with the four digits ending 5399

We checked all the email addresses you mentioned and couldn’t find any payment and subscriptions associated with any of them.
If the order was completed correctly you should have received a receipt from FastSpring with the order number as well. Could you please try to locate that and send it back to us so we can locate the payment?
